Regenerator Lab
Inner Transformation for Regenerative Impact
From Roots to Fruits
We have the knowledge to change our systems. What we’re missing is the soil. Seeds dropped on stone don’t germinate — no matter how good they are. The same is true for changemakers. Without inner rootedness, even the best intentions hit a wall of depletion, isolation, and lost direction. The Regenerator Lab is built for sustainability experts who feel that tension — and are ready to cultivate the inner ground from which real, lasting impact can grow. Who want to be grounded in a complex world, clear when things become uncertain, connected when division grows, courageous when the old still feels stronger. In this Lab, we move together from roots to fruits — uncovering the potential that already lives within us, and letting it unfold into real solutions for a regenerative future.

About the Regenerator Lab
This Lab invites sustainability experts to explore the power of inner transformation for regenerative impact.
The Regenerator Lab is rooted in two powerful bodies of wisdom: the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and ancient wisdom traditions. The IDGs are a science-backed framework of the inner capacities we need to tackle the world’s greatest challenges — from how we relate to ourselves, to how we collaborate with others. Together with wisdom traditions, they offer a living map to hold, shape, and transform ourselves — and the systems we want to change.
We RESET: We dive into the root causes of the polycrisis and uncover the potential behind the human inner dimensions. You get familiar with the science behind inner transformation and how the SDGs and the Inner Development Goals relate. Together, we discover how wisdom traditions enrich these insights and how, together, they can accelerate change at both individual and system levels.
We REBUILD & RECONNECT: With embodied practices, we build deep connection with ourselves, and by being in nature, we find refuge. As a group, we build trust and nurture our community.
We REGENERATE: Practices inspired by the IDGs and wisdom traditions support us to collaborate. We support each other to co-create our own Impact Compass, with which we bring our purpose to life and lead change toward a regenerative future.
We RIPPLE: We stay connected beyond the Lab to nurture support and community. Together, we explore how this can unfold and naturally ripple forward.
Our Most Renowned Teacher: Nature Itself
Throughout the Lab, we step into nature — and nature steps into us. Whether we’re outside together or drawing on her wisdom within, nature is not a backdrop but a living guide. Humanity’s oldest teacher of regeneration, resilience, and renewal. Outer nature mirrors inner nature. Both are always teaching.
We will be joined by inspiring guests who embody how regeneration can come to life — within ourselves and across the systems we shape.
Cohort Experience
An in-person, cohort-style lab with a small group—designed to foster deep connection, collaboration, co-creation and shared learning. We nurture ourselves in nature and regenerate our system through many practices which allows to explore and support each other in bringing insights to life.
