Inner Transformation for Regenerative Impact

The Missing Piece for Regenerative Impact

We have the knowledge to change our systems. What’s often missing is the inner capacity to do so. And you feel it. You show up every day for the work that matters most. You carry the weight of what’s at stake — while resources shrink and responsibility grows. Without inner rootedness, even the best intentions collapse into depletion, isolation, and a loss of direction. You are not depleted because you don’t care enough. You are exhausted because no one taught you how to regenerate the inner ground from which real change grows.

This is the missing piece. This is where the Regenerator Lab begins.

For Changemakers, From the Inside Out

This Lab is for those who want to be grounded in a complex world, clear when things become uncertain, connected when division grows, courageous when the old still feels stronger. If you are a changemaker seeking to reconnect with your inner strength, cultivate wellbeing, and enhance your impact on the world — this is designed for you.

The Regenerator Lab is the only program that brings together the science of the Inner Development Goals, ancient contemplative wisdom, and in-person embodied practice — specifically for sustainability professionals who already know the outer work, and are ready to go deeper.

Jasmin carries both worlds: over a decade in corporate — including six years in corporate sustainability — and as an IDG Ambassador and certified Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher with roots in Zen and contemplative wisdom. The Regenerator Lab is where those two worlds finally meet.

After the Regenerator Lab, you:

  • see and navigate complexity from a fresh perspective
  • understand the power of inner transformation for regenerative impact
  • embody practices that reconnect you with your inner strength — in and with nature
  • co-create and collaborate with joy and impact
  • carry an aligned inner compass, ready to drive positive change in the world
  • cultivate flourishing in your own life

Cohort Experience

An in-person, cohort-style lab with a small group—designed to foster deep connection, collaboration, co-creation and shared learning. We nurture ourselves in nature and regenerate our system through many practices which allows to explore and support each other in bringing insights to life.

About the Regenerator Lab

The Regenerator Lab is rooted in two powerful bodies of wisdom: the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and ancient wisdom traditions. The IDGs are a science-backed framework of the inner capacities we need to tackle the world’s greatest challenges — from how we relate to ourselves, to how we collaborate with others. Together with wisdom traditions, they offer a living map to hold, shape, and transform ourselves — and the systems we want to change.
From Roots to Fruits — What Makes the Regenerator Lab Unique
  • Regeneration as the Foundation: Real change grows from the inside out. Like roots that must run deep before a tree can bear fruit, inner regeneration is the foundation from which sustainable impact emerges. This is where we begin.
  • Deep IDG Knowledge – Science Meets Embodied Practice: From that foundation, you explore the Inner Development Goals framework across its 5 dimensions: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting. You don’t just understand the IDGs – you develop skills like self-awareness, complexity thinking, empathy, collaborative leadership, and courageous action through direct experience and practice.
  • A Rare Blend: Science + Wisdom Traditions: The IDG framework is enriched with the depth of contemplative wisdom traditions – an integration inspired by programs like “Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet.” This combination is rare. And it is not borrowed – it is lived and embodied by your facilitator herself.
  • A Toolkit You Can Apply Tomorrow: You leave with a personal collection of practices and tools — ready to bear fruit: accelerating regenerative change in your personal and professional life.
  • Live Cohort Experience: All of this unfolds in a small, curated in-person group – designed for deep connection, co-creation, and shared learning. Between sessions, mini-practices help you integrate insights into daily life. The cohort itself becomes part of your regenerative ecosystem.

Lab Sessions - a taste of the Lab

Not ready for the full programme — or simply curious? Drop in for a Lab Session first. Each session is a standalone experience rooted in the same spirit as the Regenerator Lab.

Lab Session: A Regenerative Morning with Yoga · Breathwork · Sound Bath

This session on 8 May in the morning creates space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect — with your body, your breath, and the present moment. Through gentle yoga movement, calming breathwork, and mindfulness practices, you release what has accumulated. A restorative sound bath closes the session, inviting stillness and integration. You leave grounded, clear, and ready — for yourself and for the change you want to create in the world.
