About Jasmin

Jasmin Khalifa works at the intersection of inner and outer transformation to support the transition towards a regenerative future. Before founding guidance4good, Jasmin spent more than ten years at one of Switzerland’s leading audit and advisory firms, where she held several leadership roles in Corporate Communications. As Head of Corporate Responsibility, she played a key role in bringing the firm’s purpose to life by establishing a forward-looking CSR practice. Her community engagement program inspired more than 600 colleagues to volunteer their time each year and reached over 900 beneficiaries annually. She also led the company’s Net Zero initiative, helping to drive its climate ambition.

In 2022, Jasmin founded guidance4good GmbH with the aim of supporting organisations in creating positive impact for people, planet and profit through purpose-driven strategy and transformation. Jasmin is a member of the Advisory Board of rrreefs, an impact startup dedicated to regenerating the world’s threatened coral reefs, and serves on the board of the non-profit GreenUp.

Today, her work focuses on cultivating the mindsets, skills and inner capacities needed to enable meaningful and lasting change. She supports individuals, teams and organisations in navigating complexity and accelerating progress towards a regenerative future.

Jasmin holds a degree in Economics from Bern University of Applied Sciences and completed the Winning Sustainability Strategies program at IMD. Jasmin has also been a yoga and mindfulness teacher for over ten years, teaching at renowned studios in Zurich. Since spring 2026, she has been an Inner Development Goals (IDG) Ambassador.

In her free time, Jasmin enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and son.
