The Missing Piece for Regenerative Impact
We have the knowledge to change our systems. What’s often missing is the inner capacity to do so. And you feel it. You show up every day for the work that matters most. You carry the weight of what’s at stake — while resources shrink and responsibility grows. Without inner rootedness, even the best intentions collapse into depletion, isolation, and a loss of direction. You are not depleted because you don’t care enough. You are exhausted because no one taught you how to regenerate the inner ground from which real change grows.
This is the missing piece. This is where the Regenerator Lab begins.
For Changemakers, From the Inside Out
This Lab is for those who want to be grounded in a complex world, clear when things become uncertain, connected when division grows, courageous when the old still feels stronger. If you are a changemaker seeking to reconnect with your inner strength, cultivate wellbeing, and enhance your impact on the world — this is designed for you.
The Regenerator Lab is the only program that brings together the science of the Inner Development Goals, ancient contemplative wisdom, and in-person embodied practice — specifically for sustainability professionals who already know the outer work, and are ready to go deeper.
Jasmin carries both worlds: over a decade in corporate — including six years in corporate sustainability — and as an IDG Ambassador and certified Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher with roots in Zen and contemplative wisdom. The Regenerator Lab is where those two worlds finally meet.
After the Regenerator Lab, you:
see and navigate complexity from a fresh perspective
know the IDGs & understand the power of inner transformation for regenerative impact
embody practices that reconnect you with your inner strength — in and with nature
co-create and collaborate with joy and impact
carry an aligned inner compass, ready to drive positive change in the world
cultivate flourishing in your own life
Cohort Experience
An in-person, cohort-style lab with a small group—designed to foster deep connection, collaboration, co-creation and shared learning. We nurture ourselves in nature and regenerate our system through many practices which allow to explore and support each other in bringing insights to life.
“The way out is in.”

Join the Hazel cohort in early 2027
Our founding cohort is now underway — a small group of changemakers, rooting and growing together in Zurich. The next cohort begins in early 2027. Every cohort is named after a tree. The next one is Hazel — the first to blossom, even before spring.
What’s in it for you?
- a personal 1:1 (Reset) that meets you where you are, followed by two cohort sessions (Rebuild and Regenerate) — all in person, 3 hours each
- ongoing reflections and practices between sessions — to keep your inner work alive
- a curated community of like-minded people that supports deep connection and co-creation and stays connected long after the Lab
- time in nature and a cosy space in downtown Zurich
Your investment
CHF 1’200. An instalment plan and a karma spot are available. Invoice and certificate of attendance provided for corporate learning budgets — details in the registration form
Ready to regenerate from within — and lead change that lasts?

About Jasmin
Jasmin Khalifa IDG Ambassador · Sustainability Expert · Board Member· Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher · Facilitator
Jasmin works at the intersection of inner and outer transformation. With over a decade in a Big Four environment, including six years in corporate sustainability, and more than ten years of teaching mindfulness and yoga, she knows both worlds from the inside — and what it takes to bridge them.
She is an IDG Ambassador and, in parallel, trained in mindfulness and contemplative practices, including in the tradition of Jack Kornfield. She has also completed the Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet program within the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. She has (co-)led formats for sustainability professionals at GreenBuzz and Climate Week Zurich 2026 — integrating inner development and embodiment to help changemakers build resilience, find clarity, and flourish again.
The Regenerator Lab is the synthesis of that journey — and her invitation to you!
“I feel empowered to go back to my job and drive the change we need to see.” —
